	CONDITIONS The registration fee includes exclusively the following items: school handouts accommodation in Ventotene in shared apartments transfer from Formia harbour to Ventotene Island by ferry (forth and back) 1 welcome cocktail breakfasts, lunches & dinners 6 coffee-breaks excursion 1 social dinner Once the pre-registration is confirmed, the bank codes will be sent by email, in order to complete the registration. IMPORTANT: bank transfers must be net of all bank charges and must specify the name of the participant and the subject "ISOPHOS 2014" Reservation will be confirmed only upon reception of the payment of the total amount. Room availability can be only guaranteed for reservations received before May 1, 2014. Note: Registration is limited to 40 people with priority given by date of payment. Other transfers except the one listed above is not included in the registration fee. All changes will be and must be notified by fax or e-mail. The organizers will not accept changes by phone.
